Please send an email to our Pharmacovigilance Department at:safety@shanzebio.com,with a copy to the Quality Department at:quality@shanzebio.com. Please include your name, contact information, and a brief event description in your report. In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, relevant patient information and data will be disclosed only to Shanzebio’s relevant departments responsible for adverse drug reactions. We will follow up with the reporter regarding this event, record the information in Shanzebio’s pharmacovigilance database, and report it to the relevant national regulatory authorities as required by law.
